Do I need to fix things before I list?
Some things, rarely everything. Patti walks the home with you and separates the repairs that change the price from the ones that only cost money.
What if it does not sell?
Then the price or the presentation is wrong, and we change one of them. You are never locked into a price, and the plan is reviewed with you after the first showings.
Can I sell and buy at the same time?
Yes, and it is the most common situation Dan and Patti handle. The timing of the two is planned together so you are not paying for two homes or living in neither.
