Applications, background and credit checks, references and the lease, so the person who moves in is someone you would choose yourself.
Setting it up

Your property and your tenant go into our system, with the lease terms, the deposit and the rent date recorded from day one.
Monthly statements

Every month you receive a statement showing what came in, what went out and why.
Rent into your bank account

The monthly income is deposited straight into your account. You do not chase anyone.
Repairs, routine and emergency

Interior and exterior repairs, routine maintenance and the call at night when something breaks. We arrange the work and keep you informed.

The management fee is agreed in writing before we take on the property, and it covers everything listed above.
