There are three parcels, the first one is 136 acres and it has access to the frontage road, County Road D-061. This tract is adjacent to Masson Farms to the West and Hacienda del Camino Real to the South. The second parcel is 81 acres. There is no access to the property unless walking around Masson Farms. The third parcel is 36 acres. This property is a bosque with wetlands and has more than a mile of frontage to the Rio Grande. This tract is landlocked from the river to the South and the Railroad to the North. There used to be an access to this property over the Railroad line at one point.
